breathing

Having a life here is already a win.

If you can still sing, sing out loud even if you're out of tune. If you can dance, dance even if you can't go along with the beats. If you can still jump, jump high. If you can still dream, dream beyond the surface level. If you can still love, love even the unlovable. If you can still write, write all the stories inside your soul. If you can still hope, hope for a better future. You are in a constant win when you are breathing. Remember His breath fills your lungs.

When your oxygen suddenly depletes you will realize how beautiful it is to live here, how beautiful it is to have strength: to walk, to jump, to venture into different places, you will realize how beautiful it is to see beautiful things around: the sky, the clouds, the stars, and the moon. You will start to appreciate how beautiful life is despite all of the struggles and hard battles you are facing. So breathe, tomorrow is never a promised, celebrate your life, you are still here. Celebrate your time here, rejoice in the Lord.

A Time for Everything

There is a time for everything,
and a season for every activity under the heavens:

a time to be born and a time to die,
a time to plant and a time to uproot,
a time to kill and a time to heal,
a time to tear down and a time to build,
a time to weep and a time to laugh,
a time to mourn and a time to dance,
a time to scatter stones and a time to gather them,
a time to embrace and a time to refrain from embracing,
a time to search and a time to give up,
a time to keep and a time to throw away,
a time to tear and a time to mend,
a time to be silent and a time to speak,
a time to love and a time to hate,
a time for war and a time for peace.
