Sometimes all you need is just a quiet walk. Allowing yourself to reconnect to your soul again even in a mundane space. Not running nor chasing, just let your feet walk and absorb the simplicity and complexity of life so you can be grateful again.

Sometimes all you need is just a quiet walk. Allowing yourself to wonder and appreciate stories from other people. Connecting, asking, and listening even to old stories about how tough life is yet still wonderful.

Sometimes all you need is just a quiet walk. Allowing yourself to look beyond the surface of life and see the hearts and the soul of each individual.

Sometimes all you need is just a quiet walk. Allowing yourself to sit in silence and be inspired by the people around you for showing up each day.
