I wrote this when thought I was lost because my plans failed, I felt so stuck in the cage and I really didn't know what to do or where to go, I felt so alone. The Lord seemed so far away so my writing had been my only airbag, I wrote a lot and sought Him first. It wasn't a magical moment, it was full of heartbreaking moments with Him alone at the corner of my unbelief and doubts. I never thought those bleak days were just a season so I could see His ways are more significant than mine. He reminded me to rest on His promises and lean on His character because He is a great Father and knows what's best for me. So, if you're lost right now, seek Him first. And if you're hardheaded like me, God will use people and circumstances to remind you of His ways, it will make sense someday. I'm glad, He didn't answer my prayers, I'm glad He reminded me that this safe haven could also be a safe space for other people and He reminded me to have the courage to write again, biyaya lang talaga ni LORD ang lahat, by His grace and for His glory! This season has been the most liberating and I am most at peace and joyful though my plans didn't happen, He assures me that He's a perfect God and He works perfectly.
