Papag

at walang kakayahang lumakad at lumayo.

Tulungan mo akong maging katulad niya,
walang halong inggit kahit nasa laylayan at nahuhuli,
at walang anumang hinaing at daing sa kagipitan.

Sinusulit bawat paghinga.

Hope in Jesus

This Christmas, I'm reminded of Him in the manger, sobbing like a typical infant while being swaddled in clothes. Giving us hope, reassuring us that He also comes in small, not to impress but rather to serve, as a constant reminder of His incredible love for us offers us peace, joy, and hope.

Intimacy

Intimacy is emotionally invasive; it requires knowing and being known. But the vulnerability and the self-denial that intimacy necessitates can often feel too costly. So we substitute doing for knowing and giving for being known. We show our love in other ways, we reason. But intimacy has no other way. Without time, without attention, without listening, without touch, we can call it what we like, but it is not intimacy. Alicia Britt Chole
