hey, daydreamers!

day 185

Your dreams don’t expire. As long as you’re breathing, you may have a million dreams.

It doesn’t need to be like the other person; it doesn’t need to be popular, listen to the inner voice. What does ignite your soul? What drives you bonkers and lifts your spirits? What does add value to other people that you like to do? What makes you crazy and gives you a dose of happiness? What compels you to look aimlessly up at the sky while telling yourself, “I want to do it badly but…”

Perhaps it’s picking up your instrument once more and listening to the music that lives inside of you. It can involve penning stories once more and looking through the stale poems in your cupboard. Perhaps it is having the will to return to school and get your old pen in spite of the struggles you are going through. Perhaps it’s as simple as loving every aspect of who you see in the mirror. Maybe it’s going after the person you love, despite the worries that are starting to sneak up on you. Perhaps it is looking after your little one, playing outside in the sunshine, and seeing her crawl until she can stand up for herself. Whatever those dreams inside your soul, shut the noise around, and give them a try.
