Small wins are worth celebrating too

Day 6/365

I love small wins. I appreciate little things and ordinary moments. Finally, I have a new bed and I found my misplaced phone. I love myself more than before. I never also expected that my writings could be a ministry. My writings also transcend into places it needed the most just like my prayers. I already found a platform where I could reach more people. It's His grace! Oh, how beautiful life is. These ordinary moments.

While browsing my Tiktok, I've seen a lot of success stories, like they have it all. I am amazed at their perseverance and dedication in life. They're inspiring too, imagine at a very young age they figure it all already. I am happy for them. Indeed, we have different versions of success.

This night is so fantastic, I have a new bed! When I was still working, I sacrificed my sound sleep to have a classroom. I really don't know what was in my mind during the time why I was so dedicated. Like I removed my bed so I could have a wider place where I could do all my innumerable tasks and routines, forgetting that sound sleep is expensive. I do know some people who have insomnia and needed to take medicines so they could afford to fall asleep however I am so capable of dozing off anytime and anywhere.

Oh, I'm so kilig with this bed! I can still tumble and dream!

Perhaps when you really get older you appreciate life more. You see good things around and you stop complaining. You see how you become better each day. You know what, being here in this world is already a win- it's a success story already. You still breathe, you still see the moon and stars above, and you can still see your loved ones kicking and dancing. It's a great life.

Being grateful doesn't mean you won't dream bigger, you can still be grateful even if you're still in the process. Remember what we have is just NOW. What you see around, it's all you have at the moment, so never ignore it because soon it will become a great memory so don't let it pass. Your small wins are worth celebrating too.

You are favored already having a life here.

Good night! Remember, sound sleep is expensive.

If you lie down, you will not be afraid; when you lie down, your sleep will be sweet.

Inside the battlefield (Marawi Siege)

Cold bodies scattered around, stained blood,  abolished houses and buildings, burned vehicles, traumatized children, destitute women, fainted men, and wounded soldiers. Mumbled cries of people in the beat of loud bombs echoed throughout the whole city.     A devastated land began to shrink in the middle of one nation. People were in […]
