Your slow morning matters too

At times you need slow morning,
not rushing nor chasing
just simply sitting, walking, listening, roaming absorbing, and taking time.

At times you need slow morning,
sipping your coffee with gladness and joy
unafraid of what's next and
unapologetic for the way you exist.

At times you need slow morning,
playing under the sun
asking His grace to penetrate in you,
loving yourself the way He loves you.

At times you need slow morning,
finding peace in uncertainties
doing what ignites your soul,
leaving the past behind,
and living in the present moment.

At times you need slow morning,
experiencing silence, solitude, and stillness
escaping a few seconds in the routines of life.

And at times, you greatly need slow morning
appreciating the simplicity and complexity of each morning, and realizing you are still here,
BREATHING.

Satisfy us in the morning with your steadfast love, that we may rejoice and be glad all of our days.
